Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to purchase in online and In Store stores, receive the products immediately and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with monthly expiry.
The service has no additional costs for the customer if the installments are paid by the due date.
At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be charged immediately. The next 2 installments will be charged on a monthly basis.

First installment: at the time of purchase
Second installment: 1 month from the day of purchase
Third and final installment: 2 months from the day of purchase
Scalapay immediately pays the seller the full amount of the order and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.

How much does it cost me?
Scalapay is completely free for those who purchase as long as the installments are paid by the established deadline.
You will only be charged a late fee if one or more of your scheduled installments are not repaid properly by the due date.
Scalapay will inform you a few days before the expiry of each installment via SMS and email.
Late fees
If you have not made the payment before the due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply a late payment fee as explained below:
- Payment made by due date: No additional costs!
- Payment made more than 24 hours late: up to 6 euros of additional costs
- Payment made more than 9 days late: additional 6 euros of additional costs (in addition to the first commission, up to a maximum of 12 EUR for each payment)
The total cost of the commissions cannot exceed 15% of the value of the loan (second and third installment)
