SHIPPING POLICY
We have established the following shipping policy to ensure you a convenient and transparent shopping experience:
Shipping Cost:
The standard shipping cost is 4.90€ for all orders. This amount will be charged to the customer at the time of purchase.
Free shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over €69.90. If the total value of your order exceeds this amount, shipping will be free . There will be no additional costs for delivery.
Cash on Delivery Cost:
If you wish to pay on delivery, we offer a cash on delivery service for €5. This amount will be added to your order total as a cash on delivery surcharge.
Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via GLS Express Courier in 24/48 working hours. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Orders are shipped from 92fashionshop.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00-20:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Orders for items that are already available are shipped the first working day after the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases 92fashionshop.com reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the event of events with causes of force majeure.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with 92fashionshop.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests return to sender, any shipping costs, charged to 92fashionshop.com, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.
