RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, No problem ! We are here to help!
We offer the possibility of Return or Exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.
You can return items and request a size change , a voucher or a direct refund on the payment method used when placing the order. In case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide an IBAN where the customer will receive the refund.
To ensure a simple and convenient return experience for you, we have established the following return policy :
Size or Standard Product Exchange (2-5 days):
We offer a size or item exchange service through our couriers who will come to collect the items to be replaced and subsequently, once the returned items have been received by us, the new items chosen will then be shipped at a cost of €8.
Size or Product Exchange with Fast Exchange Service (1-2 days):
We also offer a quick product or size exchange service through our courier. This service allows you to exchange the product in a short time, within 1 or 2 working days. However, a cost of €10 applies for this service. The customer can choose to use this service if they want a quick and convenient exchange.
Return with Refund:
We offer the possibility of return with refund. The customer has two options to make the return:
The customer can choose to return the item via our courier at a cost of €6 for collection. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Alternatively, the customer can decide to ship the item with a carrier of their choice at their own expense. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Please note : Cash on delivery costs are not refundable as this is an additional service chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, in the event of a return, the collection costs and cash on delivery costs will be deducted from the final refund.
We are available to provide further detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange during the sales period. Do not hesitate to contact us for assistance and support.
1. RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy.
- Returned items must still have the label attached and must be returned in the original packaging or other suitable packaging, which must be sealed securely with tape.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
- Swimwear cannot be returned. In case of return, the package will be refused and returned to the sender, upon payment of shipping costs.
- 92 FASHION SHOP reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and/or returns that do not comply with the terms and conditions above. If non-compliant returns are received, the goods will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged to the customer.
2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS :
To request a return authorization, send a request to the email address sales@92fashionshop.com or on Whatsapp at 3341239417 specifying your name and surname or order number, the items you wish to return and the desired compensation: size change, color change, item change, voucher or refund.
MORE INFORMATION
- The procedure for exchanging an Item takes place within 4/5 Working Days. (If you need a faster procedure, you can use a paid service of €8 that allows the exchange in 24/48 working hours).
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, verified and accepted. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
NB: The costs of any cash on delivery orders (payment on delivery) will not be included in the refund.
- SIZE CHANGE - Items can be returned to request a size change. In case of unavailability of the requested size, a voucher equal to the value of the returned items will be automatically created or it will be replaced with another product chosen by the customer.
- GOOD - Once the return has been processed, you will receive a credit equal to the total value of the items minus the shipping costs equal to €6 returned through the issuance of a Shopping Voucher. If the amount of the order is greater than the credit, it will be possible to integrate the difference with one of the accepted payment methods. The credit is not refundable.

- Items not returned in original condition;
- Items not returned with labels, tags attached and original packaging;
- Items not returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
- Items showing signs of use (e.g. stains, perfume, etc.);
- Return that is not compliant or does not comply with one or more conditions indicated in the POLICY.

FURTHER INFORMATION
The return is free only for Italy. For other European and non-European countries
The return procedure will be charged to the customer.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. The refund will be made within 10 working days.
COUPON - Once the return has been processed, you will receive a credit equal to the total value of the returned items by issuing a Coupon. If the order amount is higher than the credit, it will be possible to integrate the difference with one of the accepted payment methods. The credit is non-refundable.
